Riyadh – Mubasher: National Agricultural Marketing Company (Thimar) has signed a framework agreement with Al Khair Financial Company (Al Khair Capital) on 19 October.

The agreement aims to provide advisory services that contribute to achieving Thimar’s strategy to expand and diversify its future business, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

This will be in addition to evaluating opportunities and targeted projects while preparing all the necessary negotiations, studies, and agreements.
